With over 20 years experience as a psychotherapist, I provide client-centered (process-based) therapy to clients working through a broad spectrum of life struggles and difficulties.
My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, grief/loss, marital/relationship conflict, and life transition. I enjoy helping people utilize their own inner resources to encounter and embrace personal growth in a nonjudgmental and safe environment.
My additional experience as a bereavement counselor for a community hospice gives me deep appreciation, compassion and skill in effectively journeying with those stricken with the grief that comes from losing a loved one.
I also provide Clinical Supervision for select therapy candidates applying for Kansas Licensure.
I provide marriage and couples therapy, having completed Level I Training for the Gottman Marriage Therapy course.
